Professional Qualifications

Programs are facilitated by Taylor Melton, MS, APCC, AMFT, a mental health professional with extensive experience supporting families involved in child welfare, domestic violence, and behavioral health systems.

Credentials include:

• Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (Marriage and Family Therapy Emphasis)

• Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)

• Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)

• Certified Anger Management Specialist-II (CAMS-II)

• Domestic Violence Counselor Training pursuant to California Evidence Code §1037.1

• Former Domestic Violence Liaison, Contra Costa County Child & Family Services

• Mental Health Clinical Specialist, Forensic Mental Health Services

Court and Agency Referrals

1348 Melton and Associates welcomes referrals from:

Participants may receive:

• Enrollment Verification Letters
• Attendance Reports
• Progress Reports

Programs are educational and skills-based and may be utilized for self-referral, attorney referral, employer referral, child welfare referral, probation referral, and court-related matters.

Programs may be accepted by courts, attorneys, probation departments, employers, and agencies. Participants are responsible for verifying acceptance requirements with their referral source.
